WHERE IS MY PHYSICAL ORDER?
If you live in the UK, allow for up to 2 weeks before getting in touch. Any longer than that and your order may have gone missing. For anyone outside the UK, international deliveries can take a while, unfortunately. But if its been any longer than 4 weeks, get in touch.

WHERE IS MY DIGITAL ORDER?
Digital orders, just like physical products, are handled manually. Please check that your email address was entered correctly and ensure our email containing the order has not accidentally ended up in 'spam' or 'junk'. Please allow for up to 48 hours before getting in touch.

WHY ISN'T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?
This could be for a number of reasons. The code may have expired, it may be invalid or entered incorrectly. Get in touch if you have any questions.

I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT THAT YOU USED TO SELL
If you're looking for a specific product but cant find it on the Products page, it has likely been removed or sold out.

WHERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY TRICK?
Some of our magic trick releases come with instructions, while others do not. Check the specific product's description to see if it includes instructions. If it does, these will have been emailed to you. If you still can't find them, ensure you check 'spam' or 'junk' folders and if you still can't find the instructions, get in touch.

A PRODUCT I WANTED HAS SOLD OUT
In most cases, it will not be possible to purchase a product that is marked as sold out. If you sent an email requesting to reserve a deck, this is just an expression of interest and does not guarnatee that a product will be 'saved' for you.
