Where is my product?

- Packages are shipped at least once a week so are never far away! Pre-orders vary depending on the product, so please look for updates or contact cavan@cvn.cards if you are concerned your package has gone missing.

- Digital products are also sent manually, so please allow for up to 48 hours for digital orders to be sent. If, after 48 hours, you still do not have the email, check your spam folders. If its not there, get in touch: cavan@cvn.cards


Can I have a refund?

How do I download digital products?

- Emails are sent manually for every order containing a link and a password for you to access the download page. If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder and if it's still not there, get in touch.


How do I leave a review?

- We currently do not have a review platform, but leave a YouTube comment telling others about your experience on a recent YouTube video and that would be really appreciated.


Can I feature a product on your site?

- This site is just for my material and I do not accept submissions for products.


Where did [Example Product] go?

- I occasionally take products down and retire them after some time. If you are desperate to buy something from old stock, get in touch and I will see what I can do. cavan@cvn.cards


I've lost my digital product. Can I get it again for no extra cost?

- Yes! Provide proof of purchase, order number and your email address you used to originally buy, and I can send it across again for no extra cost.
